ABOUT CHARLIE

Charlie is a property investor and works as a valuer at Norfolk's leading independent estate agent where he not only consults on country and coastal homes at the top end of the market, but also writes and presents the company's market leading video content.

During the day job, Charlie values & sells the county's finest period homes alongside one-of-a-kind new build projects and extensive renovations from conception to completion. On screen, his unique presenting style and energetic approach to property has seen him do everything from paddle boarding down rivers to driving a tank to a viewing... Not your every day property man!

Throughout his formative years and whilst studying, Charlie developed his passion of travel, adventure & climbing and stumbled in to situations which forced a timid and cautious young lad to realise that fear is not necessarily a feeling to be avoided and learned to find comfort in intensely uncomfortable situations. When not on a building site or in the office he can most likely be found either half-way up a snow-capped mountain, crossing an ocean or as a guest speaker sharing stories and lessons learned from making a habit of embracing discomfort. 

His versatility and natural ability to thrive in any environment has seen him take on a number of presenting roles including lifestyle pieces showcasing his home county of Norfolk, treatment tapes for concepts combining property, adventure & lifestyle and of course in his profession of residential real estate.
